The dominant community bank in Oklahoma, competing directly with IBC's Oklahoma City subsidiary for small-business loans and local deposits.
A privately held Laredo bank with branches along the same border corridor — Laredo, Zapata, McAllen, Brownsville, Eagle Pass — and representative offices in Mexico, chasing the same small-business and cross-border deposit customers as IBC Bank.
The largest Texas-only commercial bank, competing branch by branch for the same middle-market and small-business lending and deposit relationships across San Antonio, the Rio Grande Valley and the rest of the state.
Runs a comparable branch-heavy community banking model with roughly 280 offices across the same two states, Texas and Oklahoma, where IBC operates.
